Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and sales transactions in the reservation system or CRM software.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and guest services to coordinate efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.
Stay updated on current promotions, events, and local attractions to effectively promote and upsell additional services.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to uphold the brand reputation and guest experience.
