Reservation Executive
- attend calls of prospective guests to promote our hospitality services, including hotel accommodations, dining options, event spaces, and special packages.
- Provide information about our facilities, amenities, and services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Assist guests in making reservations, booking rooms, and arranging special requests or accommodations.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and online reservations to ensure conversion into confirmed bookings.
- Build rapport with guests, understand their preferences and requirements, and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and sales transactions in the reservation system or CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and guest services to coordinate efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on current promotions, events, and local attractions to effectively promote and upsell additional services.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to uphold the brand reputation and guest experience.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
