Commi II (Tandoor)
- Prepare dough for naan, marinate meats, and prepare vegetables for cooking in the tandoor.
- Skillfully operate the tandoor oven to cook naan, kebabs, and other tandoori dishes, ensuring optimal flavor and texture.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee that each dish meets the restaurant's standards.
- Plate dishes attractively, paying attention to portion sizes and garnishing.
- Clean and maintain the tandoor and surrounding area to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Previous experience working with tandoor cooking is preferred.
- Familiarity with marination techniques and traditional spices used in tandoori dishes.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
