Role Description We are seeking a proactive and analytical “Housekeeping Supervisor” to join our team at Wellness Center. The Housekeeping Staff at Naturopathy Resort is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service in line with the resort's holistic health and well-being mission. Key Responsibilities : 1. Cleaning and Maintenance : o Clean guest rooms, suites, Therapy room and common areas daily according to resort standards. o Ensure all areas are sanitized and hygienic, adhering to health and safety protocols. o Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed or scheduled, including carpet cleaning, window washing, and furniture polishing. 2. Guest Services : o Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services. o Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. o Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests, such as extra bedding or specific room preferences. 3. Laundry Services : o Collect, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels. o Maintain inventory of clean linens and ensure they are adequately stocked in housekeeping closets. o Report any damaged or stained linens for replacement. 4. Supply Management : o Keep track of housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs to the supervisor. o Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored. 5. Team Collaboration : o Work closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure smooth operations. o Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. o Assist with training new housekeeping staff. 6. Safety and Security : o Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. o Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. o Ensure that lost and found items are properly logged and stored. 7. Sustainability Efforts : o Promote energy and water conservation practices within the housekeeping department. Qualifications :
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.
Working Conditions :
