Job Description for Frontline Sales Executive:- Location: Thane CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (Not a constraint for the right candidate) Experience: 1-2 years (Pharma industry experience preferred) Education: Any Graduate or equivalent qualification Key Responsibilities: · Ensure excellent customer relationship management by understanding client needs and recommend suitable product/s. · Generate new sales opportunities from existing irregular clients. · Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements to enhance the sales process. · Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients, progress, and outcomes. · Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
· Relationship building A frontline sales executive builds and maintains relationships with customers and prospects in terms of needs and preference.
They maintain contact with customers for creating future relations through follow-ups and regular contacts.
Generation of sales A frontline sales executive looks after potential customers, follows the leads, and converts them into sales.
They can even settle upon other terms, pricing, and contracts with the clients. Assisting A frontline sales executive manages an existing customer base and, when it is feasible, answers the questions raised by them.
They can also respond to the queries of customers about several products, prices, and availability of those products in the market.
Staying Abreast A frontline sales executive keeps himself acquainted with trends in the industry, competitor activities, and feedback from customers.
They can also gather and analyze data on the market to find new prospects.
Setting objectives A frontline sales executive may set sales goals and monitors them, besides providing professional development goals for team members.
Reports generation.A frontline sales executive may also generate reports such as conversion rates, sales data, market trends, etc. Cooperate with others A frontline sales executive may work directly with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service.
Requirements: · 1-2 years of sales experience (Pharma industry preferred). · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Presentable, confident, and proactive. · Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently when required. · Outstation travel as and when required in a month (travel allowance and accommodation provided). · Maybe required to attend Conventions & Expositions as and when required. (travel allowance and accommodation provided) · May require to travel internationally; hence Passport is compulsory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year Benefits:
