Job Description:- As a Field Sales Executive , you will be responsible for selling insurance in your assigned area. Leads will be generated and assigned by company. Your main tasks will include building client relationships and doing sales through in-person meetings and presentations. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: - ● Conduct in-person meetings with potential customers to sell health insurance products. ● Convert leads generated by company into successful sales. ● Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service. ● Share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements. Skills: - ● Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Kannada. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus point. ● Ability to influence and convince potential customers. ● Basic knowledge of using a laptop and CRM tools.
