Job Description for Telesales Executive:- Location: Thane CTC: 1.50-2.00LPA Experience: 1-2 years (Pharma industry experience preferred) Key Responsibilities: · Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about pharmaceutical products using scripts. · Answer questions about products or the company. · Understand customer requirements and close sales by asking the right questions. · Direct prospects to the field sales team when required. · Enter and update customer information accurately in the database. · Process orders efficiently and with accuracy. · Handle customer grievances to maintain the company’s reputation. · Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and ensure future sales opportunities. · Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, noting valuable information for future use. · Engage in cold calling to potential clients, selling products, and soliciting new business and leads will be provided by the company. · Answer incoming calls, providing information about product features, pricing, and benefits. Requirements and Skills: · Proven experience as a Pharmaceutical Tele sales Executive is a plus. · HSC/SSC or equivalent qualification. · A successful track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. · Ability to learn about products and services and effectively explain them to prospects. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection with ease. · Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
