- Handle customer interactions, provide product knowledge, and assist with purchases.
- 0-3 years of experience in retail counter sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of diamonds, gold, silver, and other precious metals used in jewelry making.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
