Sales Coordinator

Profile: Sales Coordinator
Experience - 3-5 years
Location - Chandigarh Sector 9D
Responsibilities and Duties:-
  • Maintaining, tracking and custodian of sales data
  • Take the lead in organizing the resources necessary to ensure that effective outcomes are generated from market executions
  • Responsible for addressing all customer concerns- starting from PO to dispatch and other comaplaints with the help of support staffs.
  • Act as one point contact for all issues escalations from sales team
  • Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help and ensuring smooth functioning of sales
Qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
  • 3+ years’ of sales or sales support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Advance Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work well in a fast-paced shared environment
  • Strong analytical skills , Self driven & excellent team leadership skills
