Job Title: Office Coordinator (Female candidates only) Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive/Counsellor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue by promoting the firm’s health and fitness services, including memberships, personal training packages, wellness programs, and related products. This role requires a passion for health and fitness, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software. - Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager. - Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required. - Manage client contracts, renewals, and payments efficiently. 2. Office Operations: - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Oversee office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. - Coordinate office layout and space utilization. - Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures. 3. Consultation and Needs Assessment:
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and renovations. - Coordinate office cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling programs. - Monitor office security systems and protocols. 4. Communication and Coordination: - Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess their fitness goals and needs. - Provide detailed information about the benefits of health and fitness services offered by the firm. - Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and goals of each client. 5. Sales and Business Development: - Identify and target potential clients through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Present, promote, and sell health and fitness memberships, training packages, and other services to prospective clients. - Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health and fitness industry. - Strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and office management software. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
