A multinational company in the alcoholic beverages industry is seeking a Senior Regional Technology Consultant to join their innovative team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial resource by providing expert guidance and support in technology solutions tailored to our clients' operational needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, developing strategic technology plans, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology consulting, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage infrastructure (workplace, servers, network) for Op Cos in the region
Assess IT Infrastructure needs and requirements
Translate business needs to IT requirements to initiate IT infrastructure projects
Identify potential IT Infrastructure issues to avoid them
Provide technology advice and guidance to operating companies
Integrate new infrastructure technology and solutions into existing portfolio
Improve process efficiency
Assist in building longer term IT strategies and roadmaps
Project management with E2E delivery
Manage different managerial levels’ stakeholders
Monitoring the tickets SLAs
Plan the needed resources for any project rollout, incidents (including P1 and out of business hours resources), changes, requests, problems
Maintain, monitor, and administer AMEE infrastructure and ensure a 24 X 7 operational environment including Servers, HEINET, Connectivity, email system, windows environment, antivirus, … etc.
Work directly with different Heineken support partners, central teams and onsite Ocpo D&T teams to find and design solutions to fulfil business needs
Manage projects to meet budgets, projects timelines and resources
Forecast and suggest needed requirements in all infrastructures field
Ensure that all new or enhanced network services (LAN/ WAN) and installations are brought into production according to the agreed standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology consulting or related roles.
Strong knowledge of technology trends, solutions, and best practices in various industries.
Proven track record of managing and delivering successful technology projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring junior consultants.
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
