A leading company in the alcoholic industry is seeking on-time and in-full (OTIF) deployment of project S&R Vital in Egypt Op Co and embed related new ways of working & culture change in the Op Co. Acts as a trusted person reporting to the Op Co MT and MD and plays a challenger role to address gaps or issues with progress. The S&R Vital project is about improving the Ba BW reporting data quality and implementing the new sustainability external reporting requirements (CSRD). Duties and Responsibilities Deployment & alignment: Disciplined delivery of the S&R Vital Op Co implementation roadmap (derived from the central integrated roadmap): 1. Obtains clear alignment from the functional MT members on picture of success, timelines & deliverables; - Leads Op Co operating cadence (drumbeat) and ensures S&R Vital progress and risks are discussed in MT/business meetings; 2. Proactively identifies risks & issues and resolve or flag to MT/GM and Regional/Global functions as required for timely de-bottlenecking; Culture Change: 1. Support functional engagement and change management to embed new culture and capability requirements: 2. Supports execution of S&R functional engagement and communication; 3. Proactively connects with other Op Co S&R Reporting Implementation Managers and Regional S&R Reporting Implementation Manager to “share/learn/reapply” best practice trying to maintain and standard approach across Heineken. Lead and coordinate the delivery of the S&R Vital project: 1. Project management support: confirm functional S&R Vital governance design in Op Co and related resource planning, Op Co implementation roadmap; 2. Systems alignment: ensures there is functional ownership for systems and data flows, all changes are made OTIF and reports on progress/flag issues when required aligned with a D&T owner in Op Co. 3. Quality assurance: coordinating cross-functional interdependencies relating to S&R Vital delivery; 4. Tracking & reporting – track progress of Op Co S&R Vital; Requirements
Bachelor level as minimum, Masters preferred, in Business Administration, Finance, S&R
+5 years of experience, 2-3 years in project/change management, demonstrated experience in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or consultancy firm
Good command of English Language, Strategy/Project management/Finance, passion for sustainability
Very good skills in Microsoft Office, Project Management tooling
