Job Description Role Summary In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, promote a positive organizational culture, and ensure clear communication throughout the company.
What's On Your Plate? Communication Strategy Development:Design and implement internal communication plans that align with organizational goals.
Content Creation:Produce engaging content for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, and announcements.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with leadership, department heads and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key messages and initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of open communication through surveys, feedback sessions, and interactive forums. Develop initiatives that enhance employees satisfaction and retention.
Crisis Communication:Manage and prepare communication strategies during organizational changes and crises.
CSR Initiatives:Oversee communication and implementation of CSR projects and initiatives and ensure these initiatives are aligned with the organizational values.
CSR Relations:Manage relationships with CSR partners and stakeholders to promote collaborative initiatives and enhance community engagement.
Process Oversight:Oversee comms related processes to ensure efficiency and clarity in messaging across the organization.
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts by showcasing company culture, values, and employee successes through internal communications.
Training and Support:Provide guidance and training to teams on effective communication practices.
Metrics and Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and report on engagement metrics.
Event Management:Plan and execute internal events, including townhalls, employee recognition programs and CSR activities.
Qualifications What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in internal communications, CSR or a related role.
Strong writing, editing and content creation skills
Excellent interpersonal, project management and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in change management communication.
Familiarity with employee engagement tools and metrics.
