The Role As a Property Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate operations, overseeing the leasing process for Savills properties. Your strategic mindset and experience will drive your team’s leasing efforts, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, and maximizing revenue. You will work closely with landlords/property owners, as well as tenants to negotiate leases, analyse market trends, and develop innovate strategies to enhance property performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, considering market conditions and property-specific factors.
Target and lease upon KPIs in each of the managed properties
Lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring favourable terms while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and concerns to foster tenant satisfaction and retention.
Identify leasing opportunities, monitor competitive properties, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analyse lease proposals, evaluate financial implications, and provide recommendations to optimize property performance and profitability.
Provide guidance and mentorships to leasing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, senior management, summarizing leasing activity, market trends and project metrics.
Ensure monthly pipelines across project to achieve department targets and billings.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a proven track record of success in negotiating leases and achieving occupancy targets.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute leasing strategies that drive business results.
Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
In-depth knowledge of the local market, including market trends, competitive properties, and tenant preferences.
Knowledge of financial analysis, including lease analysis, revenue forecasting, and ROI evaluation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering proper and suitable experiences for tenants and property owners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
