Analyst

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled analyst to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the consulting team on various client assignments, conducting market research, performing financial analysis, preparing reports, and delivering presentations.
Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, gather data, and analyse real estate trends in the Egyptian market. Stay updated with industry developments and opportunities.
Financial Analysis: Assist and develop excel financial models to assess investment opportunities, valuations, and feasibility studies for clients.
Report Writing: Prepare clear and comprehensive reports based on research findings and analysis, ensuring accurate data representation and valuable insights for clients.
Presentations: Assist and create compelling presentations to effectively communicate research findings and strategic recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to contribute to successful project execution and support colleagues in various initiatives.
Jointly develop, deliver and enhance Savills’ current data collection and analysis programme

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

1-2 years of experience in real estate or investments/ financial advisory or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and presentations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry trends is a plus.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
