Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the analysis of the Egyptian real estate market, including demand-supply dynamics, investment trends and patterns, and economic indicators.
- Take the initiative in identifying opportunities for clients, proposing innovative solutions, and driving projects forward.
- Develop and present comprehensive real estate strategies tailored to client needs, leveraging market data and industry best practices.
- Develop excel financial models to assess investment opportunities, valuations, and feasibility studies for clients.
- Assist in handling client communications.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch consulting services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience within a Real Estate Company/ Team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
