Join metas company and play a key role in driving revenue growth. you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive customer acquisition, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including sales representatives, account managers, and business development managers.
Define sales targets, quotas, and territories to maximize sales performance and market coverage.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide sales coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales activities with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of the Tech industries and emerging technologies (Web, apps, Saa S Products, etc.).
Proven sales management experience.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
