Primary Property Consultant
The principal functions of the primary Property Consultant are handling primary property and performing market analysis
Experience:
- Knowledge of the new capital projects .
- Off plan
- Real Estate market awareness
- Conduct market studies
- Analysis of market trends
- Developing client relationship
- Organizing and operating the real estate office within the general confines of the RE/MAX Policy and Procedures Handbook.
- Negotiate deals
- Working to create and maintain a positive public image for the company with cooperation with the Sales Operation Manager
- Handle calls from potential clients
Experience:
- One: 3 years (Required)
- New Cairo (Required)
