Marketer
This position may required to work remotely in the start with an arrangements of weekly meetings in person, initially around three months and as the business grows, it will be required to be present at the company .
Application Question(s):
- Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Undertaking competitor research and analyses.
- Conducting market research to establish customer trends, habits and to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
- Oversee all office marketing activities to attract new Sales Associates.
- Maintain/oversee company Website & social media platforms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
- Creating marketing materials for the office website and other marketing platforms. And he/she can use marketing material shared on MAX/CENTER
- Supporting the Agents in their marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, and direct them in marketing planning.
- Analyses marketing data, including office results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Performing other duties when needed.
- Work on Marketing plan and activities for (Recruitment, Office Awareness, Leads generation and SEO).
- Get marketing deals with listing platforms.
