In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing strategic HR solutions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will leverage your HR expertise to support clients in achieving their workforce objectives. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client HR needs, building strong relationships
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored HR strategies and solutions
Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in client HR practices
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance issues
Support recruitment efforts by advising on talent acquisition strategies
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs for client organizations
Manage performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
Monitor industry trends and provide clients with insights to enhance their HR functions
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on consulting preferred
Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering HR solutions
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
