Head of Operations
Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting a dynamic and visionary leader to take over the Operations and Strategic Management of a Holding company. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall operations & P&L of the company, where this role reports to the Bo D and Chairman of the group.
Pay: BD1,000.000 - BD3,000.000 per month

- Develop and implement corporate strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams
- Lead and manage the company's daily operations, ensuring effective coordination and cooperation among various departments.
- Oversee financial budgets and reports to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.
- Handle critical internal and external matters of the company, resolve issues, and make decisions.
- Recruit, train, and manage employees, build efficient teams, and promote employee development.
- Expand business and seek new growth opportunities, establishing good relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure quality of internal process and external representation
- Establish the strategies, policies, procedures and ensure systematic approaches are in place.
- Prepare and present necessary reporting to Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the company's compliance with regulations.
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree from a recognised university
- Minimum of 10 years in an executive or management role.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details and overall management skills
Pay: BD1,000.000 - BD3,000.000 per month
Experience:
- management: 8 years (Required)
