Responsibilities: We are currently recruiting a dynamic and visionary leader to take over the Operations and Strategic Management of a Holding company. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall operations & P&L of the company, where this role reports to the Bo D and Chairman of the group.
Develop and implement corporate strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals.
Provide leadership and direction to teams
Lead and manage the company's daily operations, ensuring effective coordination and cooperation among various departments.
Oversee financial budgets and reports to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.
Handle critical internal and external matters of the company, resolve issues, and make decisions.
Recruit, train, and manage employees, build efficient teams, and promote employee development.
Expand business and seek new growth opportunities, establishing good relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Ensure quality of internal process and external representation
Establish the strategies, policies, procedures and ensure systematic approaches are in place.
Prepare and present necessary reporting to Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the company's compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree from a recognised university
Minimum of 10 years in an executive or management role.
Excellent communication skills, attention to details and overall management skills
