We are currently recruiting a SOP specialist to join our SME. The incumbent will be responsible to develop the standard operating procedures, roles and responsibilities register, develop the quality manuals and maintain the overall document management system. Responsibilities:
Develop the standard operating procedures in-line with the operations manager
Develop the job descriptions and roles register for all positions within the organisation
Maintain the document management system accuracy in-line with ISO requirements
Develop and Monitor the quality manual ensuring it is in-line with the company operations
Manage the overall admin register and handover register.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from a recognised university
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Very well organised individual with excellent communication skills
