Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT-related issues. Also, innovate, plan and implement new IT solutions as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT service.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and accurately.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
Provide training and assistance to users on IT-related topics and best practices.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
BAHRAINIS ONLY REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of Windows operating system.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with field most common business applications is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in the same field are a plus.
