We are currently recruiting an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function at an investments company. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure that the human resources and administrative operations are conducted efficiently, following policies. The HR Manager will act as the HR advisor to management providing them with guidance in relation to HR matters. Responsibilities
Lead the HR and admin function at the company
Manage all HR related interactions with Central Bank of Bahrain
Develop HR policies and process in line with Bahrain labor laws Draft and execute HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks and SOPs.
Act as an HR advisor to management and team members
Monitor the HR performance, manage the budget and recommend HR initiatives
Develop training plans, career progression and succession planning for key roles
