Internal Auditor
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of procedures and controls.
- Assess compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Develop and implement audit plans and programs to address identified risks and areas of concern.
- Review and evaluate internal controls to ensure adequacy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to address audit findings and implement solutions.
- Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in audit reports.
- Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions to ensure resolution of identified issues.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations, standards, and best practices related to quality assurance and internal auditing.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance principles and audit procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Quality Management, or Internal Auditing.
- Proven experience in internal auditing, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and audit methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
