About the role
The position is primarily responsible for accurate and timely management of rosters. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Coordinating complex rosters with site clearance criteria

Liaising with guards
-
Proactively filling vacant shifts in advance and in response to employee absenteeism

Liaising with Business Managers to identify contractual risks regarding rosters and capacity
Skills & experience
-
Strong Attention to Detail is critical
-
Capacity to maintain focus for long periods
-
Database and rostering system experience preferred
-
Strong IT skills
-
Customer service skills and problem solving
-
Professional communication skills - both written and oral
-
Knowledge of payroll principles and/or award interpretation an advantage
