About the Role: This is an office-based role located in Shoalhaven. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for a variety of clients, including NDIS participants. You’ll work as part of a Scheduling Team and closely with the Participant Care Manager to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. This role involves managing timesheets, responding to inquiries, and making real-time scheduling adjustments to meet the needs of our diverse client base and support staff. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage monthly schedules using our scheduling software.
Respond to scheduling inquiries from clients, participants, staff, and other stakeholders.
Update and amend rosters to reflect client needs, staff availability, and business requirements.
Collaborate with the Participant Care team and support staff to optimise service delivery.
Complete management of timesheets for support staff.
Ensure all files, shift notes and records are maintained in line with industry compliance.
This role also includes shared on-call phone support for urgent after-hours scheduling needs, rotated among the team
About You:
Experience in the disability sector or a related field, particularly in scheduling or rostering.
Knowledge of NDIS regulations, pricing policies, and reporting requirements.
Knowledge of industry awards including penalty rates, allowances and overtime.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications in Allied Health, Community Services, or related Human Services are preferred.
Ability to problem-solve and make client-centred decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry policies.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and person-centred care.
