Job Description
Your new role:
CSC is seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to join our team as the National Manager, Advice Partnerships. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of CSC’s strategy and solutions for the External Financial Adviser (EFA) channel, with a focus on enhancing the value proposition for EFAs. This will drive tangible member outcomes as well as improve member and fund retention.
You will be the primary lead for project initiatives and BAU related to EFAs. This includes building and improving relationships with EFA’s, and the service team responsible for providing EFA’s with the scheme and member information they need to provide great advice.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the EFA strategy across the 3 streams of service, technology and product.
- Lead and manage the EFA team through coaching, development, and performance management
- Develop and manage CSC’s service model for both DB and DC schemes, including oversight of the partnership with Mercer
- Create and execute CSC’s relationship management strategy, including meetings, webinars, seminars, and other engagement initiatives with EFA
- Monitor and report on inbound and outbound activities through data dashboards to provide insights to leadership including enhancing the collaboration between CSC teams, members, and EFAs
- Represent CSC at industry working groups and act as an SME for external audits, research reviews, and advice related inquiries
- Serve as the project lead and SME on external advice for internal KPI projects, including training, service model, and product enhancements.
- Proactively manage risk, escalating critical issues to leadership for resolution.

In addition to these, you will need;
- Australian Citizenship
- Strong experience and an in depth understanding of superannuation and financial advice industries with RG146 Qualification
- Relevant business and/or financial planning qualifications (highly regarded)
- Proactive approach to creating and developing relationships
- Stakeholder management with the ability to work with all levels of internal and external parties
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present with influence to a large audience
- Established Financial Planning network is highly regarded
