Job Description
Your new role
We’re looking for someone who has a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC. CSC’s goal is to provide an exceptional user experience by delivering high quality content in a simple, accessible, and engaging way on the CSC public website. The Digital Coordinator role will support this goal by managing the update and publishing of information on the public website and other digital channels.
This role sits within a small but dedicated Digital Engagement team, and works closely with stakeholders across the organisation, especially the broader Customer Group business unit. There will be opportunity to build digital experience and expertise in this role.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Manage and maintain content on the website, including scoping, prioritising, scheduling and implementing change requests from across the business.
- Proactively ensure website information is maintained and up to date, including regulated content, through periodic reviews and content checks (including using scan tools like Monsido).
- Support the execution of digital engagement strategies to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion on the website (and other digital channels) with an understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Work with others in the Digital Engagement Team to set up and optimise website personalisation in support of engagement campaigns.
- Manage and support the definition and delivery of digital projects and initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support the digital development cycle through sprint planning and testing.

- Qualifications such as Business Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, Design or a related discipline (desirable)
- Experience in website content management, including CMS platform experience such as Sitecore, Wordpress, Drupal, Adobe etc. (desirable)
- Digital content coordination - new content, enhance current content, writing for SEO, asset management
- Digital Project Management (desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to strive for better practise
- Problem solving
- Familiarity with the basics of HTML and CSS
- Proficient with standard business and digital software
- Flexible, solution focused attitude with an ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills

- High levels of motivation, confidence and resilience

In your first 30 days you will:
- Join a creative and friendly team within the Customer business unit at CSC.
- Work with other creative stakeholders (UX, graphic design, copywriting and marketing specialists) to triage and scope BAU work (requests from across CSC) as they relate to digital channels, especially the CSC Public Website
- Work with internal stakeholders and CSC’s digital agency to improve and optimise the public website and other digital platforms
- Support the definition and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
