Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
Current NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain)

Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education
Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
