About the team:

Your new role:
Are you an experienced superannuation professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a proactive and detail oriented Administrator to join our Defined Benefit Administration team at the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC). Your knowledge of superannuation will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive expert guidance and a positive experience throughout their journey with CSC.
As an Administrator, will be the point of contact for customer communication via phone and email, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your role will also involve entering data accurately, processing benefit applications and payments efficiently and providing general information to customers as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that daily administration and data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Responding to client inquiries, by phone, or through written correspondence
- Ensuring customers’ superannuation benefit requests are complete and follow up with them for any missing items before submitting these requests for processing in accordance with our service level agreement, timeframes, legislation and Fund rules
- Adhering to internal procedures and guidelines while working collaboratively with your team to provide support as needed

- Existing knowledge of superannuation and the associated legislation is required
- RG146 qualification is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage

- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate to a range of audiences and stakeholders
- Excellent administrative/coordination skills
