ACT Stainless Steel is a manufacturing company based in Fyshwick ACT specialising in metal fabrication and commercial kitchens fitouts. We are currently seeking an Office/Accounts Administrator to join our team in our Fyshwick office, Canberra. The primary responsibilities of the role include: A thorough knowledge of MYOB would be an advantage Duties:
Processing weekly payroll and answering payroll related queries
Preparing long service leave and other payroll-related reports
Prepare and submit BAS, PAYG and Superannuation lodgements and payments
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, as well as provide financial commentary and insights
Accounts payable and receivables, including inbox management
Daily Bank Reconciliations
Debtor reporting and statement generation
Customer Service on the phone and counter.
Data Entry & Banking.
All General Administrative duties – Stationary orders, mail out etc.
Managing and maintaining customer relationships/ expectations.
Assist our Project Management team were needed
Assisting the Manager and other team members where required.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes
A minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role.
Ability to learn new tasks quickly with the aptitude to learn.
Excellent Customer Service skills
Microsoft Office skills.
A current Australian driver's license.
High attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
