About the role
Newly created role to support the growth of our company. As the Finance Administrator, you will report to the Financial Controller, supporting the whole of finance operations. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse tasks in a busy and fast-paced environment.
A summary of key responsibilities includes:
Reviewing and maintaining financial records
Reviewing and processing expense claims ensuring compliance with company policies
Act as the point of contact for any expense related enquiries
Providing support to accounts payable processes
Assist with data entry and any ad-hoc finance administration support required.
Please note that this is a 6 months fixed-term opportunity with the potential for extension.
About you
Experience as an office administrator, AP or AR role (highly regarded)
Have a high level of attention to detail, organisation and the ability to work autonomously
Intermediate level in Microsoft suite of products
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
