Delivery Manager (EL1) will lead and manage one or more ICT projects and other managed activities that contributes to the ACIC’s strategic outcome and objectives, in accordance with corporate standards for project management and ensure projects and managed activities integrate with the ACIC business.
- Service Line Assistant Director (EL1) is responsible for supporting key National Policing Information systems. Ensuring that the Service Offerings continue to meet the agreed performance and service levels for the assigned systems. Additionally, the role is responsible for fostering close collaboration with partner agencies and business stakeholders to ensure support delivery and improve the overall service offering.

Essential qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in fields related to the role and level you are applying for.
- Experience working with or leading ICT project teams using waterfall or Agile delivery methodology
- Experience in using Microsoft Office or equivalent for documenting, organizing information, delivering presentations and processing data.
- Is well organised and detail focussed, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task to meet deadlines and manage competing tasks.
- Will have strong management, problem solving, analytical and leadership skills including a demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate teams to influence positive outcomes.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to maintain effective relationships through consultation and sharing of information.
- Prince2 Certification (Practitioner) or the ability to acquire it (for Delivery Manager role).
- Agile PM Certification (Practitioner) or the ability to acquire it (for Delivery Manager role).
- Experience in the translation of technical information for a non-technical audience whilst working effectively in a dynamic team and executive environment (for Service Line Assistant Director).
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change including managing competing and changing priorities and being comfortable working to tight timeframes at a high tempo (for Service Line Assistant Director).
- Shows an understanding or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge regarding complex ICT environments and a desire in further developing skills to understand changing ICT environments (for Service Line Assistant Director).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, senior executive, and external stakeholders to deliver organisational objectives (for Service Line Assistant Director).

- Citizenship – To be eligible for employment with the ACIC, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
- Security Clearance - The Australian community expects ACIC employees to maintain the highest levels of security and integrity. Successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance.
