You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The Patient Information Services Department (PISD) Casual Administration Officer provides relief to various administrative positions within PISD. This includes the Emergency Department, Preadmissions Unit, the Perioperative Unit, Admissions and Bookings office, Health Information Services, Women and Babies Reception and Front Hall Enquiries at Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital and Institute of Rheumatology and Orthopaedics (IRO).

Ideal Candidate
- Willingness and capacity to work both planned and unplanned shifts on weekdays, afternoons, nights and weekends and/or public holidays as required.
- Able to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve outcomes within deadlines.
- Holds excellent conflict resolution skills applied to a customer service environment.
