About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all Sterilisation Technicians grade 1, 2 & 3 have a complete and ongoing theory and practical education plan with documented evidence.
- Sterilisation Technicians are identified quickly that require further one on one education to improve their personal development using a range of educational tools to assist the process.
- Ensuring the education program is regularly updated with new and innovative ideas to assist our team’s ongoing development.
- Ensuring all Sterilisation Technicians can work with minimum supervision and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate
- Sterilisation Certificate.
- Extensive experience in the care of surgical instruments in a hospital sterilisation services department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to educate team members using innovation.
