About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring all Sterilisation Technicians grade 1, 2 & 3 have a complete and ongoing theory and practical education plan with documented evidence.
Sterilisation Technicians are identified quickly that require further one on one education to improve their personal development using a range of educational tools to assist the process.
Ensuring the education program is regularly updated with new and innovative ideas to assist our team’s ongoing development.
Ensuring all Sterilisation Technicians can work with minimum supervision and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate

Sterilisation Certificate.
Extensive experience in the care of surgical instruments in a hospital sterilisation services department.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to educate team members using innovation.
