About the Opportunity
In this role, you are responsible in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CSSD and ensure patient safety is maintained at all times and maintaining the high standards necessary in all processes involved with sterilisation and storage. You are expected to supervise staff, ensuring compliance with AS5369 2023 and Infection Control Guidelines and assisting with mandatory and competency based training and take a hands on approach with work flows.

Ideal Candidate
- Certificate III in Sterilisation Technology, with extensive experience in a busy acute multi-disciplinary Sterile Supply Department.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership skills with the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
