About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for providing professional, high-level secretarial support to the Executive Director and Deputy Director for the Sydney Innovation Precinct for Health Education Research (SIPf HER) and the Sydney Research collaboration. You will provide this support through the performance of various tasks, including diary management, coordination of requests for information, collating responses and drafting communications, preparing documentation, event management, meeting coordination and support, and general administrative support.
The Executive Director and Deputy Director are senior executive roles that are actively involved in the design, development and implementation of significant research initiatives and infrastructure across Sydney Local Health District and NSW Health, as well as play a crucial role in strengthening of networks between the scientific and health research communities, the higher education sector, government agencies and industry across the Tech Central Precinct.

The Ideal Candidate is someone who has...
- Experience as a high-level executive assistant, office manager, administrative officer or personal assistant to senior managers, experience in providing secretarial and/or administrative support for a senior executive team.
- The ability to critically think and use sound judgement to assess and act upon matters, including ability to escalate issues to the Executive Director and Deputy Director.
