Why Executive Programs (Ex P)
A Gartner Executive Partner (EP) is an indispensable tool for every digital leader. Gartner’s Executive Partners act as coaches, content-providers and business advisors to Executive Programs members, and partner with colleagues across the organization to deliver service solutions utilizing Gartner products and services.
What you will do:

• Manage a portfolio of member relationships within some of the Regional and World’s most prominent enterprises across various industries, such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Consumer, Mining and many others.
  
• Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients utilizing all Ex P products and resources.
  
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan.
  
• Conduct on-site briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
  
• Present or facilitate at local Ex P events
  
• Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales and other business units and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of Ex P business.

They understand the members’ mission critical priorities and build trust by delivering value and leveraging key internal partnerships to drive results.

• Consulting or CIO/Senior Technology Leadership roles with 20+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.)
  
• Strong Banking or Financial Services industry experiences is essential
  
• Demonstrate exposure to and ownership of large Strategic Programs and oversight of the Strategic IT direction of their organization.
  
• Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry (including enterprise digital transformation, business strategy, Leadership, IT Operations Management, technology strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.) and priorities such as the challenges of “today’s” Technology Executive and how Gartner Ex P can make the difference as an advisory organization.
  
• Strong commercial acumen to enable business growth
