Co-Curricular Administrative Assistant

Description:
Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role

The Co-Curricular Department facilitates Co-Curricular programs across three different portfolios within all four schools at the College; Sport, Extended Learning and Performing Arts, as well as assisting with Duke of Edinburgh and Army Cadets administration. Our busy team is looking for a customer service focused, administration professional to join them. This role is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home from time to time.

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:

  • Experience working in a similar role preferably within the Education sector
  • Experience with preparation of materials, both hard copy and electronic
  • Presentable, professional, and service orientated with a proactive mindset
  • Highly organised and methodical in approach
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Experience with Clipboard desirable, not essential
  • Technically savvy with an aptitude for working with various software systems
  • High levels of organisation, time management and flexibility
  • Genuinely enjoy working in a team environment
