MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Maintain excellent guest relations and rapport with spa hosts and guests
Report any breakage or malfunction in the spa and ensure timely repair and maintenance
Uphold high standards of cleanliness within the spa
Arrive on duty punctually, well-groomed, and presentable as per Six Senses Spas grooming standards
Contribute to building an efficient spa team and maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor at all times
Understand and adhere to Spa Host rules, regulations, and policies related to fire, hygiene, health, and safety
Assist other teams when needed to complete tasks
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Always arrive on time, in full uniform, following the company's grooming guidelines
