Take full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sales & Marketing department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
Drive the right business at the right price to ensure the resort achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.
Focus on revenue generation and profile building for our property and for Six Senses.
Undertake advertising, sales, promotions and publicity initiatives and work with the revenue manager to set rates and direct the sales and marketing team.
Constantly assess marketing strategies and tactics to remain relevant and effective.
Establish and deliver pre-established financial returns related to revenue generation, profitability and ROIC.
Implement, review and maintain documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards.

Have more than five years’ experience in a senior sales and marketing role within luxury hotels & resorts.
Analytical thinking and problem solving.
Expertise in strategic decision-making, financial management, and customer satisfaction.
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a visible, proactive management style

Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management.
