MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Reports to work punctually with proper hygiene and a pressed uniform.
Assigns tasks, notes special occasions, and coordinates villa blocking for maintenance.
Assists in planning and executing housekeeping operations.
Conducts daily inspections of villas, public, and back-of-house areas.
Ensures compliance with equipment, storage, and service standards.
Assists guests with special needs and maintains privacy.
Greets guests warmly to enhance their experience.
Reports maintenance issues promptly and updates the team
Ensure equipment and supplies are ready and stored properly.
Manage Lost & Found.
Provide guest information on services and events.
Monitor key control and returns.
Coordinate with other departments.
Conduct linen/supply inventories.
Store chemicals safely.
Recommend repairs and maintenance.
Handle guest requests and complaints.
Manage staff schedules and rosters.
Assist in training and development.
Ensure grooming and uniform standards.
Onboard new staff.
Report safety hazards.
Support performance reviews and improvement plans.
Fill in for supervisors as needed.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Intermediate to Advanced MS Office.
Knowledge of Opera, Micros is advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and surfaces.
Understanding of scheduling working and organization.
Written and spoken English competency desired.
Ability to train and supervise staff and communicate well with management and guests.
Willingness to learn new skills and work hard.
A sharp mind/ attention to detail to ensure that the vast areas assigned to him is well taken care of at all times.

Three years or above in a housekeeping position in an international hotel chain.
Confident in English communication
