MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Front Office department to provide exceptional products and services within brand standards.
Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, locations, layouts, rates, package plans, credit policies, and reservation coding.
Understand the hotel’s policies on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
Process advance deposits on reservations.
Track future room availability based on reservations and determine room rates using the resort’s selling strategies.
Oversee guest history and profile management with the Reservations Manager.
Support the Director of Rooms, focusing on enhancing the room experience.
Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, and F&B to meet guest needs and ensure smooth guest arrivals.
Enforce all set policies, procedures, and best practices rigorously.
Instill cost-efficiency through training and education.
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and safety requirements.
Maintain documentation, reporting systems, security protocols, and operational standards to support successful hotel operations.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
2 to 4 years of Front Office / Guest Services experience including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluent in English; understand that additional languages are preferred.
YÊU CẦU HỒ SƠ
Experience in a similar role in luxury hotel brands with proven results.
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
