Project Development Technical Assistant
Job description:
- Participate in monitoring and implementing works related to the setting up, adjustment, appraisal, approval and management of the Construction Master Plan, Pre-Feasibility Study, Basic Design, Feasibility Study.
- Participate in monitoring and implementing other procedures related to the Construction Master Plan, Investment and Construction of works under DEEP C Projects.
- Participate in monitoring and implementing Legal procedures for the Project, including Investment policies, Investment Registration, Business Registration, etc..
- Other works assigned by the immediate Manager, BODs.
- University degree or higher majoring in Construction, Economics, Law, or related majors.
- 3 years’ experience in similar job
- English is required
- Professional behavior and attitude
- Reach goals in within the deadlines and with quality
- Have the skill to coordinate with people and work in a team
- Be honest
- Be able to communicate clearly
- Be eager to learn new practices and technologies
- Take initiative and be pro-active
- Work solution oriented.
