Duties/Responsibilities: Compliance 1. Company compliance
Examining the activities of the Company to ensure full compliance with environmental legislation across the organization.
Keeping up to date with updates on the applicable legislation (including international legislation)
Assisting Environmental Manager in coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, and conservation.
Assisting in auditing, analyzing, and reporting environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.
Ensure the DEEP C entities maintains its accreditations ISO14001-2015 and others and help to achieve more environmental related accreditations.
2. Environmental Monitoring
Preparing the monthly report on the environmental performance of the company and others related reports for the authorities’ inspections and examinations.
3. Reporting
Assisting Environmental Manager in controlling the progress of developing the Social and Environmental Impact Assessments reports and monitoring program and the applicable permits.
4. Environmental Audits
Perform internal audits at site.
Assisting and inspecting sites before and during inspections and examinations.
Sustainability
Development and implementing environmental management and recycling systems to continually optimize the environmental impact of the company (on environmental and economical level).
S&E Training program
Assisting the Environmental Manager to organize staff training and ensures all members of the workforce recognize and understand their own contributions to improved environmental performance.
Promoting and raising awareness, at all levels of an organization, of the impact of emerging environmental issues.
Toolbox training (very short).
Monthly Safety training.
Customer relations
Screen the potential environmental impacts of new customers and report internally to the Environmental Manager.
Assist potential customers in obtaining the necessary environmental permits.
Coordinating public hearings and consultations on environmental matters.
Offer S&E consultancy to DEEP C’s subsidiaries and affiliates when required.

Other tasks
Act as subject matter expert for environmental matters.
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.
Work with local authorities and Ministries
Assist the Environmental Manager in managing and proposing environmental business budget.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Certificates
Chemical, environmental engineer or equal by experience.
S&E related qualifications and certificates.
Work experiences
Proven experience for 5 years in functions related to environment. Knowledge/Expertise
Environmental management knowledge and fast acumen of environmental technical solutions
Self-motivated and ability to settle independently environmental complaint.
Flexibility and strong adaptation to a rapidly changing working condition
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Vietnamese
Excellent computer skills
