Assist with guest check-out and support GEMs during check-in when needed.
Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries proactively, providing attentive service and suggesting alternatives to enhance their experience.
Take responsibility for guest satisfaction issues, ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain knowledge of all resort services, facilities, villa types, rates, and promotions.
Maximize revenue through up-selling rooms and additional services.
Efficiently manage cash and credit card transactions, ensuring the security of guest details.
Accurately prepare daily memos and complete all administrative tasks.
Update daily guest movements for management accurately.
Serve as an airport representative when required.
Foster a professional and cooperative working relationship within the Front Office and with other departments.
Adhere to grooming standards, maintain high personal hygiene, and ensure professional conduct.
Represent the hotel politely and professionally, ensuring all actions are ethical and compliant with local laws.
