MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Part 1: Guest Service Excellence- You are the key of Customers' satisfaction.
Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
Manage reservations and room availability
Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes
Monitor and review guest feedback
Resolve customer complaints
Train and coach front desk staff
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by upholding professional conduct and teamwork principles.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, consistently maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Effective communication in both Vietnamese & English, 3rd language is a plus.
Good communication and guest-handling skills
Hardworking, honest, careful, enthusiastic, and a good team supporter
Proficient in computer skills
Experience working as a supervisor
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Working knowledge of hotel management systems
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
