Our company has experienced significant growth, securing numerous local government contracts, critical sites, schools, patrol duties, events, and more. We take pride in hiring veterans, former law enforcement, and first responders, and we strongly encourage individuals with such backgrounds to apply. However, we are committed to equal opportunity employment and non-discrimination, ensuring that all candidates are evaluated based on their qualifications, regardless of veteran status.
As a Training Manager with Precision Security Team, you will oversee the development and implementation of training programs for new and current security personnel. Your role will involve ensuring that all staff are properly trained in compliance with company standards, safety protocols, client-specific requirements, and the law. You will also collaborate with management to continuously improve training strategies, ensuring high-quality performance across all security operations. It is imperative that you practice and demonstrate Precision Security Team’s core values and code of conduct each and every day.

Additionally, the candidate should have the stamina and dexterity to demonstrate techniques and respond to dynamic training environments.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing Training Records: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and assessments to track progress and compliance.
Coordinating with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and operations, to align training initiatives with company goals and operational needs.
Staying Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in security practices, technologies, and regulations to ensure that training programs remain relevant and effective

Hiring Process:
Your application will consist of a resume and screener questions. Our hiring process begins with a thorough review of resumes and screener questions to identify candidates who align well with our company’s needs. If your resume and screening stands out, you will receive a call for an initial phone screen. Following a successful phone screen, we will invite you to an in-person interview with the hiring manager and other relevant management team members. Should you advance past this stage, a job offer will be extended to you. After the offer is accepted, we conduct a background check and proceed with online onboarding.

Screener questions will be scored based on answering the question, and proper use of grammar and written communication.
During the interview, we ask that you use the S.T.A.R. technique. The STAR technique is a structured method used to answer behavioral interview questions by clearly outlining a Situation, Task, Action, and Result. This approach helps candidates provide comprehensive and well-organized responses that showcase their skills and experiences effectively, and helps candidates provide answers that are coherent, concise, and impactful, making it easier for interviewers to assess their competencies and fit for the role.
We will review your application and reach out if we think you're a good match. Due to a high volume of applications, please refrain from calling to inquire about the status of your application; failure to follow this direction will reject your application, as it shows that you may not follow directions and/or read things all the way through.
