This is a temporary position with an expected duration of seven (7) months. Duration may be shortened/extended based on demand. Anticipated start date is October 1st, 2024.
This is a remote/ rotational position, working four weeks on and two weeks off, in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for administration functions of a particular project or projects.
Essential Job Functions:
Assists in collecting and submitting various report submittals from the field to the office for proper disposition thereof.
Coordinates with field projects on billing, cost codes and contract compliance.
Coordinates with human resources, accounting, data processing, purchasing and field projects.
Other job assignments as assigned.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to be adaptable, manage multiple priorities in highly dynamic and changing environment.

Effective written and verbal business communication skills.
Demonstrated skill in using independent judgement to achieve assigned responsibility.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors.
Proficient with computers and using basic office equipment.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Work is performed in a remote Arctic environment with limited medical resources. Candidate understands the site is approximately 840 miles (at least 4 hours by air ambulance) from surgical, specialist, and tertiary medical care, and where medical evacuation from this location may be significantly delayed due to weather conditions. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is required to:
Must have ability to stand, walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, sit, squat, kneel, reach through low and high ranges, and exhibit normal balance and coordination. These basic physical requirements are essential for safe performance of the job in harsh environments with exposure to very cold temperatures and while wearing arctic gear.
Must stand throughout evaluation.
Aerobic capacity evaluation via 3-minute step test.
Sit and reach and range of motion evaluations.
Lift 25 lbs. from floor to waist with two hands.
Lift 25 lbs. from floor to shoulder with two hands.
Carry 25 lbs. for 15 feet with two hands.

Minimum Qualifications:
Possess current knowledge of Business Administration and organizational practices.
One year experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Have excellent written and oral communications applicable to standards set by organization.
Computer skills commensurate with program and job applications.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years of project administration, construction, and engineering management experience or in relevant field is preferred.
Knowledge of field accounting is also preferred.
